Poker Income Experiment (1)

I enjoy helping people and making their lives easier and better. It is one of the goals of my own life. The more lives I can effect positively; the better off I will be. One of the main purposes of starting this blog/website was to help others become great poker players. I may not be the greatest poker player but I feel that I have a lot of valuable information that can be used to help others achieve their poker goals.

So anyways, I wanted to try and figure out if it would be possible to help people make a substantial amount of poker income just by giving them the right information. So I started posting on forums, asking around in poker rooms, and checking out other blogs. I will continue to gather as much data as I can over the next several months. I just wanted everyone to know what I was doing and how it all started. Not a lot of people will probably see this article right away when I post it, but I will be following up on it very consistently

My Goals:

n  My first goal is to make as many people as I can better at poker from the information I have to share.

n  Next I would like to help them manage their money so they could use poker as a tool to make themselves a better financial life.

n  Prove that with the proper techniques and strategies, and average man can make an income from poker. (Not necessarily a full time income), but a difference in the amount of money that one is making.

n  Turn a terrible poker player into a very good poker player

Okay, so you might be asking yourself…”Who the hell is this guy and why does he think he can make such a difference”. Well, I think I have some very good theories and poker strategies that could help just about anyone improve their poker game 100% (depending on how good they are already). I definitely do not think I am anywhere near the best poker player around, but I think I can help others become good enough to make an income from poker; so that is what I am going to try and do.

Over the next several months I will be posting very good information that people should be able to use to improve their game. I have no idea how many people will see it or read it, but it will be there for the taking anyways. Depending on how that goes, and how popular the blog gets; I will eventually take on a beginner and turn them into a poker player.

I think I can take an average poker player and turn them into an above average poker player that makes a substantial amount of income from playing poker. Whether they want it to be a part time income or full time income is up to them.

I do not think that anybody could do this; it takes a lot of discipline and a strong passion for poker. Those are really the only two ingredients that I cannot really teach. I will pick one person that has these two attributes and make them into a great poker player.

From all of the information I have gathered so far, I am convinced that this can happen and will happen (hopefully). I guess we will just have to see. I will continue to follow up on this, just wanted to get the word out early. I am going to call this the poker income experiment.
